Recruitment Process
Information Sessions (Freshman Spring)

During this semester, we will host info sessions for prospective students to learn more about the club and the investment banking industry. We will also host training sessions for the basic technical skills, such as accounting, valuation, etc. These meetings are mandatory for students to attend who want to join.
Application Process (Sophomore Fall)

Applications will release Aug 23, 2026 via your CU email if you attended the info sessions. You can also apply using the link above. These applications will ask for your current resume, other clubs at CU you are in, and written questions describing your intent with the club.
Interviews (Sophomore Fall)

Interviews will be conducted by co-presidents and pod leaders. These interviews will be mostly behavioral and will require business professional attire. Some technical questions will be asked towards the end of the interview to assess a baseline of your skills.
Training Program (Sophomore Fall/Spring)

Once accepted, you will undergo a training program with once weekly meetings with club presidents to go over crucial interview preparation, technical skills, networking, etc. You will also be assigned a pod to meet with once weekly to get more hands-on training from your pod leaders.
